How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card required. When your trial ends, you can choose to subscribe or your account will automatically move to a limited free tier.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 17% (2 months free). You can switch between monthly and annual plans at any time from your billing settings.
What happens if I exceed my booking limit?
On the Starter plan, once you reach 20 bookings in a month, new bookings will be paused until your billing cycle resets. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so you can upgrade if needed.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, just contact us and we'll issue a full refund - no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. We also support SEPA direct debit for European customers.
