Use of the service
You must use Niyon lawfully and not abuse or attempt to break the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your service settings (availability, durations, policies).
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Subscription plans and billing
Niyon offers subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with different features and usage limits.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial on the Starter plan. No credit card is required during the trial.
Subscriptions are available with three billing options: Monthly (billed each month), Annual (billed monthly) (discounted rate with 12-month commitment, billed monthly), or Annual (pay upfront) (one yearly payment at a discounted rate).
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
For annual commitment plans, early cancellation does not terminate the remaining commitment; billing continues until the 12-month period ends.
Refunds and money-back guarantee
New paid subscribers are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.
After the 14-day period, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.
If we terminate your account for Terms violations, you are not entitled to a refund.
Usage limits
Each plan has limits on the number of services and monthly bookings.
If you exceed your plan's limits, you may be required to upgrade to continue accepting bookings.
Owner responsibilities
You are responsible for content you provide (service names, business profile, booking policies, email campaigns).
You are responsible for customer communications and your own compliance obligations (including GDPR if applicable).
You must not use email campaigns for spam or unsolicited marketing to customers who have opted out.

Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your first purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email to [email protected]).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
If you begin using the service before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that you may lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed.
Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days using the same payment method.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Automatic renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription in your account dashboard, or by contacting us at [email protected].
Effect of cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, and your access will end when the period expires.
Renewal reminders: We will send you a reminder email before your subscription renews. You can manage billing preferences in your Stripe billing portal.
