How to get started with Niyon
How do I create my booking page?
After signing up, your booking page is automatically created. Simply add your first service with a name, duration, and price, set your availability hours, and share your unique booking link with customers. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Do I need any technical skills to use Niyon?
Not at all! Niyon is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. If you can use email and social media, you can use Niyon. We guide you through the setup process step by step.
How do my customers book appointments?
You share your unique booking link via text, email, social media, or your website. Customers click the link, choose a service, select an available time, and complete the booking. They receive an email confirmation immediately, and you get notified of the new booking.
Managing your bookings
How do I prevent double bookings?
Niyon automatically prevents double bookings. Once a time slot is booked, it's immediately removed from availability. If you connect Google Calendar, Niyon also blocks times when you have personal appointments.
Can customers reschedule or cancel their bookings?
Yes! Each confirmation email includes reschedule and cancel links. Customers can change their booking up until your defined cutoff time (e.g., 24 hours before). You control the cutoff policy per service.
How do reminders work?
Niyon automatically sends email reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before each appointment. This dramatically reduces no-shows and ensures your customers don't forget their bookings.
Calendar integration
How does Google Calendar sync work?
When you connect Google Calendar, Niyon syncs in two directions: (1) Your existing calendar events block availability so customers can't book during busy times, and (2) New Niyon bookings automatically appear in your Google Calendar.
Can I use Outlook or Apple Calendar?
Yes! We provide an ICS feed URL that works with any calendar app including Outlook, Apple Calendar, and others. Note: ICS feeds are one-way (Niyon to your calendar). Full two-way sync is currently available for Google Calendar.
Billing & Plans
Is there really a free trial?
Yes! Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No credit card required to start. We want you to experience the full power of Niyon before deciding on a plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is never deleted - you can subscribe at any time to continue. We'll send reminder emails as your trial approaches its end.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
